Refund Policy
You have 14 days from purchase to change your mind about a block, for any reason, and get every cent back.

1. The 14-day window
If you ask within 14 days of paying, we refund the full amount you paid for the block and release the block back to the grid. You do not need a reason. This applies whether your block is still under review or already live.
2. How to ask
- E-mail support@onemilliondollarpixels.com from the address you signed in with. That is how we know it is you.
- Tell us which block: the position and size shown on your dashboard, or the receipt Stripe sent you.
- We confirm by reply and issue the refund through Stripe to the card you paid with. Stripe typically takes 5–10 business days to show it on your statement.
3. When we refund without being asked
If we reject your image or link at review (see section 6 of the terms), we refund you in full and release the block, regardless of the 14-day window. We will e-mail you to say why it was rejected.
If you started checkout but did not pay, nothing was charged. Your hold on the block simply lapses after 15 minutes.
4. When we do not refund
- After 14 days. A block is a one-time purchase kept for as long as the site runs; once the window has closed the purchase is final.
- Blocks removed for breaking the rules. If we remove a block because its content broke the terms after it was approved, or was changed after approval, no refund is owed.
- Blocks you have sold. Once your block has sold on the resale marketplace it is no longer yours to refund.
- Site downtime or closure. No refund is owed for time the site is unavailable, or if the site closes after your window has passed.
5. Blocks bought on the resale marketplace
The same 14-day window applies. If you refund a resold block, it returns to the seller’s listing at the same asking price. We do not pay a seller their share until the buyer’s window has closed, so a refund never leaves a seller out of pocket.
6. Chargebacks
Please write to us before disputing a charge with your bank. A refund by e-mail is faster than a chargeback, and a chargeback on a block that we have already refunded, or that is outside this policy, will be contested with the record of this page.
